A Strong Foundation
Josh’s story starts in the La Quinta Cove, where he grew up as the oldest of five boys. A graduate of La Quinta High School’s Class of 2007, he pursued diesel mechanics at College of the Desert, showcasing his knack for solving complex problems early on. Before joining Rudy’s, Josh applied his skills as a mechanic with SSC Racing, traveling nationwide to provide trackside support at high-stakes racing events.
Discovering a Passion for Pest Control
Fate brought Josh to the pest control industry in an unexpected way. When a family member faced a persistent pest issue that stumped other companies, Josh’s determination to find a solution sparked a passion that would define his career. That passion led him to Rudy’s at just 21 years old. Initially focusing on residential accounts, he eventually found his calling in commercial pest control, managing accounts for esteemed clients like The Thermal Club, Empire Polo Fields, Buzz Box, and Acrisure Arena.
Expertise and Excellence
Josh’s expertise spans everything from crafting detailed proposals and bids to providing unparalleled customer service. His work ethic and innovative approach have earned the trust of both clients and colleagues alike.
Life Beyond Rudy’s
Outside of work, Josh’s life is just as vibrant. A devoted husband and father, he cherishes time with his wife and three children, whether they’re playing sports, traveling, or indulging in culinary adventures. His drive for excellence doesn’t stop at work—it’s in every aspect of his life.
