Danielle’s extraordinary customer service, genuine warmth, and knack for making pest control seem downright delightful make her a standout star at Rudy’s.
Born and raised right here in the sunny Coachella Valley, Danielle graduated from Shadow Hills High School in 2018, quickly buzzing into action at her first job at Five Guys. After discovering her love for customer service at Lowe’s, she ventured into the pest control world – though she quickly realized she preferred Rudy’s family vibes over the big corporate hustle.
Even though pest control wasn’t her original jam, Danielle fearlessly dove into learning the ropes, quickly becoming the queen bee of customer solutions. By tapping into her superpowers of active listening and a can-do attitude, she’s turned pest predicaments into smooth sailing for countless customers.
“I treat everyone like I’d want to be treated” Danielle shares. “It’s a blast working at a company people truly trust.”
When she’s not keeping customers happy and homes protected from pests, Danielle transforms into a culinary whiz, baking cakes so fantastic they’re almost too beautiful to eat (but trust us, you’ll want to). Managing her own baking business, she sprinkles joy everywhere she goes – whether she’s whipping up something delicious, hiking scenic trails, or checking out the latest hotspots with family and friends.
With big plans ahead, Danielle’s on a mission to keep growing professionally, enhancing her pest-busting expertise, and polishing her customer service and business prowess.
